- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts and flexibility are available based on your needs and type of service being requested. Our goal is gain your trust and business. We would love the opportunity to discuss pricing and fees, because we know our level of service is second to none.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, would like to meet face to face to discuss your expectations and to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We always remain flexible to create a positive experience for you and strive to exceed your expectations. Of course, meeting in person is not always possible. We have have the software and technology to meet virtually and easily schedule calls or whatever is easiest to help build our relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Realtor, which includes my Real Estate license, as well as a Property Management permit. I also have a Masters in finance/accounting and I am a Certified Public Accountant.
