And I am ready to testify under oath that you dont see this kind of dedicated customer care very often anymore.Lisa is competent, professional, congenial and accessible - a can-do kind of manager that, unfortunately, has become nearly extinct in many parts of the country.Perhaps what makes her really indispensable is that she cares. She really does. Being a hands on property owner for most my adult life, I know how difficult it is to find a good property management when you become an absentee owner. One thing I have to say about Renters Warehouse is that their communications with owner and handling things timely are incredible-email, calls & texts! And they have crew of vendors to dispatch quickly!Recently I had a hot water heater bursted middle of the night at a property in another state, I got all communications @10:45pm and a new water heater was installed the next morning! We are still in the process of restoring the water damage in the house with home insurance, but had the course of action being delayed, there would have been more damage and unhappy tenants as we speak! As an owner I appreciate having a good management working with me, especially grateful for the great job maintenance coordinator, Renee De Lima, has done!

I've been using Renterswarehouse for many years and my Property Manager Ashley Rigsbee who handled my last tenant's move-out was absolutely amazing. She is miles better than any of the other Renterwarehouse staff I have come across over my years.If it wasn't for Ashley I would have left a ONE star review because my experience before with Renterwarehouse was horrific.They didn't do a proper move-in and move-out inspection for the previous renter, did not charge the last renter for her last month rent which resulted in the inability to deduct from her security deposit for all the damages she has caused (because essentially the security deposit amount became her last month's rent). Multipl pieces of items where taken by the renter what was not accounted for. Also, they didn't monitor that the house was being sub-let by the renter to multiple strangers moving in and out of the place during the year, which I only found out after my neighbor informed me. Every time I complain to Renterwarehouse, they would blame it on change of management. How is change of management my problem?

Hi,I have a rental property in Las Vegas, NV. I live in Canada but has power of attorney for my son who lives in California whom is helping me to work with renters warehouse to manage my property. I'm currently in the situation where i'm in transition between renters, yes, you heard me, it sounds like a painful time, having to terminate lease/clean up unit/find new renters. BUT NO ... the renters warehouse team makes the process so easy. And the best part is the communication with my son is super smooth. A big shout out to Heidi Lundgren, whom helped us with the remodeling process and making recommendations to the selection of material and also guiding us through the remodeling process and providing quotes and getting us estimates, the remodeling process will be done next week and I look forward to the finished product. AND did I mention, Branden Lindsey, whom is the marketing/sales leasing helping us to find new new tenants, he was able to help us find a renter getting us top $$$ that he quoted us before we did the remodeling and a 2 years lease ... It is pretty impressive that the move out inspection/remodeling, and the finding of new Tenants work all are done in parallel within a month, and especially this is all done in the worst time of the year "Winter". Needless to say, I'm impressed ... I've signed the new lease already via Docu-sign which was super simple, and I really look forward to the move-in inspection and starting to collect new rents $ (did I mention, they provide nice pictures and videos on the move-out inspection, and will do the same for the move-in inspection). It is a pleasure to work with the team on the transition between tenants ... Highly recommended.
