Silvia was very professional and answered all of my 30+ screening questions without hesitation. As soon as we executed the contract, Silvia got the ball rolling right away to get my rental on the market. I purchased a home that had tenants. The tenants were difficult to deal with and Silvia assisted me with answering all my questions about their new lease, best way to get them out, and even drafted an entire lease knowing that I might not need even her property management services. Out of everyone I reached out to, Silvia was the only person who picked up the phone and spoke to me to figure out my situation. She made me feel at ease during a very stressful situation. She even moved around her calendar to come to my final walk through with the tenants and pointed out things I would not have noticed (saving me $250 on a fridge repair!). Although I did not end up getting a property manager because the tenants moved out, I appreciated Silvia's professionalism, follow up, and time to ensure I had a seamless experience. I would recommend her to anyone looking for real estate or property management assistance!

When I was first referred to Silvia, I was already nearly 3 months into my search for a rental. I just could not find what I was looking for, in the area that I needed it to be. This was partially due to me working irregular hours, and many of them at that. My lease was nearly up, and I really needed to find another home soon-or I would have had no choice but to sign another 6 month lease at a residence I was not happy with. She listened to what my needs for a new home were, and then she set out to find me a place that met those needs. Within 1 week, I was moving into my new home. The first thing about her that stood out was that she didn't waste either my time or hers by showing me houses that didn't meet my needs. In fact, the very first house that she showed me was perfect! To be safe, I did ask her show me several other properties-just to be sure,-and all of them were also checking all of the boxes! I did wind up choosing the first place she showed me, though-which is really a testament of her ability to PAY ATTENTION to my needs. I cannot stress how important this was! With my work schedule, I simply didn't have much time to look at places that I would not be interested in. Speaking of me having no time... When I explained to Silvia that I could not make myself available for the installation of the new appliances for at least 2 weeks (due to work), she actually took the time out of her schedule to supervise the installations while I was at work-she did not want me living in an "incomplete" home! She did not have to do this. The lease was signed, I was already "hooked," and she had nothing to gain. She did it because she wanted me to feel at home in my new place. Genuinely! This was 2 years ago almost to the day (I moved in here on September 30th, 2014), and I still remember this like it was yesterday! When she asked me if I would write a review for her, I was happy to do so!
