We provide tenants with the normal requirements to get their security deposit back. We document the home with 360° photos. We go out of our way to help make sure the home comes back in good condition.
Throughout the lease, we manage all rent collections for your property. We have strict policies and standards that collect rent as effectively as possible. For example All rent is due on the 1st and LATE on the 4th. Last year, we had 97% on time rent payments. Even with the COVID shutdowns, we had over 90% good rent payments.
Along the way we manage all tenant requests, maintenance, coordinate vendors if work is needed, and provide copies of receipts to you. If any work is required, then we use our proven vendor network, and that means fast work at reasonable pricing for you.
