The Pro declined to answer my questions and basically implied that I may be a bad owner for asking too many questions. If this Pro is not willing to spend a few minutes to earn my business, how can I have confidence in their commitment to protect my investment after they are hired? The attitude of this Pro is quite an aberration and is not very appealing. I believe in healthy business relationships, and so I choose my clients as much as they choose me. I don’t choose the type of client who texts and emails insults long after I politely declined his business, then posts a negative review in spite, because I chose to decline his business. Thanks for giving my profile more legitimacy, with my very first 1 star review. People often think a perfect 5 star rating isn’t real. I wished you well in your property manager search before, and I wish you the same now :-)

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When onboarding a new client, we need the following items: - Signed agreement - Details regarding any existing tenant - Property keys, clickers, access codes - Mailbox number + keys, community codes / keys - Owner's W9 and direct deposit info - HOA information - Copy of your landlord insurance policy with us added as "Additional Insured" for the property Owners will also need to ensure their contact info and mailing address is updated with HOAs, County Assessor, utilities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?7 years experience as a landlord, 3 years as a licensed property manager, constant ongoing education from industry sources such as NARPM.
