FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on session length and coaching package, with special rates for multi-session bookings and ongoing clients. There are no hidden fees, and I offer discounted initial assessments for new clients to ensure a great fit before you commit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to talk about your goals, challenges, and any vocal health concerns. Every plan is personalized—whether you want to improve public speaking, manage anxiety, or build vocal durability. Sessions are tailored for results, with ongoing feedback and clear milestones.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of experience as a broadcaster, professional speaker, voiceover artist, podcaster and vocal health coach. My training includes a BA in Psychology, A Masters in Communication, advanced voice training, speech physiology, and continuous professional education in vocal science and performance psychology. I authored the book, Excuse Me, Have You Seen My Voice Anywhere," relating to vocal care and maintenance after losing my voice to a vocal cord condition called MTD
