When I work with Buyers, here's a preview of my process: 1. Initial Consultation & Needs Assessment - Every buyer is different 2. Education & Market Orientation - What's the state of the market right now and what might it be if the buyer decides to wait? 3. Property Search & Tour Planning - Here's where we narrow the focus of the home search based on the buyer's goals. 4. Offer Strategy & Negotiation - I'll help the buyer to put together offers based on prequalification, home goals and the status of the market. 5. Transaction Management & Compliance - My team and I will keep the buyer on track for a successful purchase. 6. Closing & Post-Sale Support - My job doesn't end when I deliver the keys. I keep involved with my clients to help them with their home needs after the sale. When I work with Sellers, here's a preview of my process: 1. Initial Consultation & Property Evaluation - I work with my sellers to clearly understand their motivation, goals and help them to set expectations based on their home's condition and the latest buyer trends. 2. Pricing Strategy & Market Analysis - I review active, pending and sold listings in order to help them to understand their home's market value. 3. Staging & Presentation Optimization - I help my sellers to develop a realistic and effective staging strategy based on whether or not we're selling a vacant or occupied home. 4. Marketing Launch & Exposure - I review the latest trends in effective home listing strategies and propose a game plan to drive virtual traffic and showings. 5. Showings & Buyer Engagement - I review showing and strategies and security protocols and coordinate them based on the seller's schedules while coaching on maximizing convenience and attraction for prospective buyers. 6. Offer Review & Negotiation - I break down offers and review buyers' strengths in order to secure the best terms and minimize risk to my sellers. 7. Escrow Management & Closing - I review how I work with the clients to ensure the smoothest and compliant transaction possible, maintaining transparent and proactive communication with the buyers agent, escrow and lenders, if the purchase is being financed.
