We closed on a property in January and it was a very smooth process. Firstly, I never knew you can have a dual licensed real estate professional. That is your realtor and your lender. It was so much easier to have one point of contact compare to my previous experiences having realtor and loan officer separately. Nina and her team kept me updated throughout the loan process and signing. It took me a while to post this review but I promised I will, because I want her to help more buyers.
