Lance and Brandy from Film-Pro did a fantastic professional job in replacing the old tint in my master bedroom! They were on time, courteous and went right to work. They completed the job in a timely manner and asked if I had any questions amd also provided me with after care directions. This team is first class all the way. Had old tint removed and new tint installed on all the windows and doors in the front of my business. Cuts down in glare and helps with the intense afternoon heat. They were great and took care of everything including cleaning up.

They installed security film on my doors and windows. Great quality work, you cannot even tell the film is on the windows. Showed up, did the work as promised, and left everything cleaner than it was when they arrived. Absolutely recommend.

Unprofessional and unethical business practices. I first contacted Lance in September to do security tint on my personal home. Lance seemed really busy and sent somebody to my house that didn’t know the business to do the estimate. After going back-and-forth for couple months I thought that Lance forgot about my house or didn’t need the work. Lance reached out to me late December early January asking if I was still interested, he came to do a second estimate on my house. At that time I learned that the gentleman who was sent to my house before had just been sent to jail and he had no trust in him. I was a little uncomfortable but let Lance do his estimate anyway. Lance made sure to let me know he was having financial difficulties and just went through a rough surgery and needed money bad. I agreed to the estimate price after some haggling. Lance used his personal struggles to lock down the sale. Everything got a little shady when Lance asked for 3/4 of the cost as a down payment in cash. I agreed to pay half by check, he wanted it made payable to him personally. Lance was two days late to do the install because he said he did not have the film yet! When he finally did the install he wasn’t able to finish because he didn’t have enough film. Lance came back to finish up a second time and forgot about two windows that we had on the original estimate. Third time is a charm; he finally finished the house. There’s a lot of cloudiness and bubbles throughout the tint ( after six weeks it is still there); along with uneven cuts and gaps between the window frame and the tint. I asked Lance about warranty work and he referred me to the tint manufacturer. I was told there would be a lifetime warranty on labor but he ignored that. I am extremely unhappy with the work integrity, professionalism, and customer service.

We can typically work with any budget. We offer law enforcement, military and senior citizen discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically spend about 1 hour with the you during the initial consultation, we come to the location; take measurements and go over your goals. Then we schedule for the installation. Typically about 1 week out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the self adhesive products industry for a combined 25 years. We are leaders in our industry constantly looking for new and efficient ways to make your experience better.
