Every roof is different, so we don’t give “one-size-fits-all” pricing without seeing the roof first. We provide a detailed inspection and then give clear options based on your situation — whether that’s a small repair, partial work, or full replacement. Our goal is to give you the most cost-effective solution, not just the most expensive one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free inspection to understand the condition of your roof. From there, we provide photos, explain what we’re seeing, and give you clear options so you can make an informed decision. Whether it’s a simple repair or a full replacement, we focus on transparency and making sure you understand exactly what you’re getting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work with D&L Roofing and specialize in both residential and commercial roofing systems, including tile, shingle, flat, and coating systems. My focus is on accurately diagnosing issues and helping customers choose the right solution based on their roof’s condition, not guesswork.
