The technician who cleaned my carpet was Everett. He called me within minutes of requesting a quote from Thumbtack. My carpet was scheduled to be cleaned the very next day! He arrived within 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment and explained the entire process. He was thoughtful of my home by using corner guards and being careful not to create any damage. He pre-treated the carpet for stains, then took the necessary time to clean the carpet right! He did a fantastic job! All my carpets look great and the carpet was nearly dry before he left. He used a carpet rake, which I had never need before and explained how I can extend the life of my carpet. I would highly recommend Sunshine Stone Sealing & Steam Cleaning to anyone looking for a superb carpet cleaning company for a reasonable price. I gave Everett a tip for a job well done!
