Julio responded within an hour and made an appointment the next day and showed up on time. He immediately diagnosed and fixed my pool "pop up" and pump issues and fixed them. He answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. We discussed a plan for balancing out the pool chemistry, tips for keeping the tiles clean from calcium buildup, and chlorinator settings. I'm looking forward to working with him to fine tune the pool chemistry and to continue to learn from him in the coming weeks. I highly recommend JW Pools!

I decided to hire someone to help me with my pool because I am selling my house. It has been out of control for some time now. He turned my pool around instantly. The algae on the side walls I couldn't get rid of is gone. It looks beautiful! He is honest, which is hard to come by in vegas. He is hard-working and knowledgeable. We refer to him as " the pool God". I would recommend him to everyone !
