Transparent Pricing: All rates are clearly stated upfront—no hidden fees or surprise charges. Custom Quotes: Pricing can vary based on the scope, complexity, or timeline of your project. I’ll always provide a detailed quote before we start. Discounts: I occasionally offer discounts for long-term projects, repeat customers, or bundled services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: We start with a conversation (by phone, video, or email) to discuss your goals, needs, and expectations. This helps me understand your project and determine how I can best help. Quote & Proposal: After the consultation, I’ll provide a detailed quote or proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, pricing, and deliverables. Agreement & Deposit: Once you’re happy with the proposal, we’ll confirm the agreement. For larger projects, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. Planning & Collaboration: I’ll gather any necessary materials, details, or access from you and outline the project timeline. We’ll stay in touch throughout to ensure everything aligns with your vision. Project Execution: I’ll complete the work according to the agreed plan and provide updates along the way. Feedback is encouraged during this stage to make sure the results meet your expectations. Review & Revisions: You’ll have the opportunity to review the final product and request revisions (within the agreed scope). Delivery & Follow-Up: Once approved, I’ll deliver the final results and ensure you’re completely satisfied. I’m always available for follow-up questions or future updates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO®), which means I’ve completed specialized training in water chemistry, pool equipment, safety, and proper maintenance standards. This certification ensures I can provide safe, reliable, and professional service for every pool I maintain. Along with my certification, I have hands-on experience working with all types of residential pool systems, including pumps, filters, heaters, and chemical automation, giving me the expertise to keep pools clean, balanced, and running efficiently.
