- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I do not like to give a estimate until I've seen the project. This'd way I can insure a "fair price for customers and myself. I do give free estimates. I explain the process of the work to be performed and how long it will usually take to complete. I also give warranty will all my work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All types in several different cities.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A complete remodel of a home in Sun City, Summerlin. It included electrical, plumbing, porcelain tile entire home, base boards and painting. Customer realized what I could do and kept extending the project. It took approximately 5 weeks.
