I had a great experience with Intech. The technician understood what I needed, and explored a few options for ways to satisfy the need that would be easier. I appreciated understanding all the options. In the end, the job was done at the price originally quoted and at high quality. Their price was $350 below another quote I received.

Updated 3/22. Intech followed up with the project and came back to finish the job professionally. Upgrading to 5* review. Thank you Intech. They charge $85 for a diagnosis visit and $135 per hour. In the end, the diagnosis was that an ethernet cable needed to be reterminated. Since I was in for $85 already, might as well have the tech do it. The reterminated cable was tested to be unstable but it was tried anyway and worked for 5 minutes, failing right after the tech left. :-(
