Rob did a good job for us however we did experience quite a few problems with the live recording of the instructors feet. We also ask for a few photos and videos which were okay but I expected better shots of both.
In all, maybe a bit more conversation would have possibly eliminated these concerns.
Rob was very professional but appeared frustrated when I called regarding the completion of the videos.
He did a good job and I think we would use him again but have more dialogue before signing a contract.

Working with rob was a treat not only was he responsive, professional, and punctual, he was ready to help and had plenty of original ideas to add aiding in my own artistic concepts to my original vision which really helped out the layout to what I was trying to create.

Rob was awesome and easy to work with! We had some miscommunications with the job but we were able to work it out. Professional and responsive. Make sure to be very clear and exact on what is being edited so he can give you an accurate quote, don't assume the thumbtack parameters are enough. Errors were fixed in a timely manner and I would highly recommend if you have any editing needs. Overall editing was on point, did exactly what was asked and delivered. Everything was on time and final product was great!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Videography varies between $200-300/hr depending on the project. Video editing starts at $50/hr but a package price can be discussed. We also do photography which starts at $100/hr.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A vision and start date will be discussed and a price for the project will be negotiated. Once a customer books our service through the app a 50% deposit will be due before the job is confirmed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MFA in Directing from the American Film Institute Conservatory. I'm also an Adobe Certified Professional in Video Design.
