I had an excellent experience working with Rob. We hired him to capture documentary footage of my friend competing at the Amateur Olympia, and he impressed me well before filming was due to begin. He took the time to read our very long script and brief, understood what we were trying to create, and offered thoughtful, knowledgeable feedback on our planning and approach. He was engaged in the project, not just waiting for a call time.
He also checked in proactively each day, responded quickly whenever we reached out, and was incredibly flexible as our plans kept changing. We adjusted meeting times, filming days, and the hours we needed—sometimes at the last minute. We ultimately canceled the first three days and then, just 30 minutes before he was due to arrive on show day, had to cancel the project altogether. Throughout it all, he was patient, gracious, and understanding.
Although the cancellations meant we never got to film, I’m grateful for the care and effort he put into preparing with us. His communication, knowledge, and professionalism were exceptional. I would gladly work with him on a future project.

Rob did a good job for us however we did experience quite a few problems with the live recording of the instructors feet. We also ask for a few photos and videos which were okay but I expected better shots of both.
In all, maybe a bit more conversation would have possibly eliminated these concerns.
Rob was very professional but appeared frustrated when I called regarding the completion of the videos.
He did a good job and I think we would use him again but have more dialogue before signing a contract.

Working with rob was a treat not only was he responsive, professional, and punctual, he was ready to help and had plenty of original ideas to add aiding in my own artistic concepts to my original vision which really helped out the layout to what I was trying to create.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Videography varies between $200-300/hr depending on the project. Video editing starts at $50/hr but a package price can be discussed. We also do photography which starts at $100/hr.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A vision and start date will be discussed and a price for the project will be negotiated. Once a customer books our service through the app a 50% deposit will be due before the job is confirmed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MFA in Directing from the American Film Institute Conservatory. I'm also an Adobe Certified Professional in Video Design.
