FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my projects involve insurance claims, so I provide detailed documentation and billing that aligns with insurance carrier requirements. This helps streamline the process and can reduce delays during claim review. I also take the time to explain the process and answer any questions before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project begins with understanding the customer’s concerns and evaluating the affected areas. I provide a free inspection, explain my findings, and offer honest recommendations based on the situation. From there, I focus on clear communication, prompt service, and keeping the customer informed throughout the drying process. My goal is to make the experience straightforward, professional, and as stress-free as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background includes passing the state insurance adjuster exam and working as a property claims adjuster, where I gained extensive experience evaluating water damage, documenting losses, and understanding the insurance claims process. I have also received training in water mitigation, moisture detection, and structural drying, which helps me provide effective drying solutions and thorough documentation for my customers.
