I recently went through the incredibly stressful experience of having my elderly mother displaced due to major water damage in her complex. Throughout the process, Jesse Holtam and his team at Total Restoration were an absolute lifesaver. They were accessible, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, and their work was nothing short of outstanding. We dealt with multiple vendors for water remediation, build-back, and everything in between, but Jesse was the only one I had complete trust in. He answered every call, went above and beyond to provide assistance (even beyond his scope of work), and handled the entire pack-out and move-in process without breaking a single item!If Total Restoration could have handled every aspect of the work needed to get my mom back home, I would have hired them for everything without hesitation. Their work ethic, integrity, and commitment to quality set them apart - a rarity in this industry. If you're looking for a trusted team for water, fire, or mold remediation, look no furtherTotal Restoration is the one to call. Youll be grateful you did!

I would highly recommend using Total Restoration. They did an outstanding job helping me with water damage in my house. The crew was always very helpful, professional, and took the time to answer my many questions. Jesse and Corey were helpful explaining the process and everything that went into getting my house back in order. I would use them again without question, if I ever had to go through this.

These guys were awesome. So first off heres what happened to even require them.Sink was left on in laundry room which began overflowing unbeknownst to us. Once we realized what was happening, we walked into about 2 inches of standing water in our laundry room We called a couple of places that had 5 star reviews but who either never called us back or told us they could not get to the job for another week. We called TR (total restoration) who were in the middle of another job, and we were told they would be at our home within 1.5 hours. They arrived and immdiately began assessing the needs of the job. They walked me through what they were doing and the readings they were obtaining in regards to moisture. Finally, they ensured to keep my pricing under my home insurance deductible and thus I didnt have to report it and kept it within budget as I also had to replaced flooring and baseboards. Overall these guys are great and knowledgeable. The below picture is after restoration and during replacement of flooring
