Nate and Kirsten were prompt, called when in route to my house, and were a delight to have in my home. They had all my windows and sliders cleaned (inside and out plus screens) in about an hour. They did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the whole experience of working with them. I look forward to seeing them again in 3 months' time. I have recommended them to my sisters and will do the same with my neighbors. Thank you both!

Yes, but there are always variables to each job that need to be taken into consideration.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a phone conversation to establish when I can come to their home to look at the windows. This allows me to then give them the price to do the scope of work. If they agree to have the work done we will then establish a time to do the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned and operated my own window cleaning company for 20 years plus.
