My expectations were exceeded and it was worth every penny! ! My windows and solar screens look beautiful. I knew I was asking a lot when I asked Mike to bring the solar screens back to life. Mike set realistic expectations during the quote process. He even cleaned one of the screens during the quote process to show me what the results would be. He helped me understand my options and how to "properly" care for my solar screens. Mike and his employees take pride in their work and take "customer service" to the next level. Neon Window Cleaning has a customer for life. Thank you! See you in the fall when it's time to take the screens down.

I was running out of things to do during this COVID-19 lockdown. I was working from home and wished that I could just enjoy the beautiful weather instead of being stuck inside all the time. I called Neon and they rocked it! The windows, the tracks, the screens were so clean, it made me feel like I was working outside. We are regulars for life now.

Mike was amazing. Super detailed oriented, and professional. We just purchased the home and I don’t think these windows were cleaned in over 10 years.... Mike tackled the job with ease, even during very, very high wind gusts! He cleaned the solar shades, indoor and outdoor windows. Windows look spectacular. I highly recommend Mike and look forward to getting regular window cleanings.
