Yes, but there are always variables to each job that need to be taken into consideration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a phone conversation to establish when I can come to their home to look at the windows. This allows me to then give them the price to do the scope of work. If they agree to have the work done we will then establish a time to do the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned and operated my own window cleaning company for 20 years plus.
