Introduction: Personal Training is very competitive. Every body's spending all day in the gym. But thats no life! thats no fun! I take training into the real world. This keeps the workouts fresh and energy high. Turning your goals into an awesome adventure! Along the way I have always met that one individual who I have created a memorable bond with. That person is someone who's inspired by more then just a small goal. When I see how their life can change by bettering their health, that is where my satisfaction for doing what I do comes from.

I have struggled with my weight all my life. I have tried countless diets and have been successful, only to gain all the weight back (and more) once the diet stopped. It was like a yo-yo effect of gaining and losing.....until I met CC. She opened my eyes and made me realize that I needed to stop "dieting" and change my way of life. She taught me how to eat properly, while learning how to treat myself on occasion....instead of depriving myself for days, only to binge eat at the end of the week and ruin all the hard work I had done. She also made me love working out which is something I NEVER thought I would say. It's no longer a chore but now something that I look forward to instead. I'm happier, healthier and more confident than I've ever been and I owe it all to CC!!

I almost died. I wouldnt have had it any other way. I am a 33 yo male. Ive been training muay thai for over 15 years. I have play volleyball competitively (club level) for over 15 years. I run about 50 km a week. I needed a push in my regiment. Mainly I needed a change up and I needed a good kick in the butt. Cece came to the rescue. Im a fairly motivated individual and usually will go full throttle when I need to. Cece helped me exceed that level when I thought I had run out of gas. Cece understands how to push self motivated althlete like myself to get the most out of me while not getting me injured. We did a week long invidual boot camp to prepare me for an upcoming 3 day long volleyball tournament.. She incorporated a great balance of cardio, interval training, kettle bell, yoga, plyometric, core stability, and calisthenics. She is well versed in what seems like all exercise routines. What I was really impressed with was her ability to modify the training so it was more sport specific. She put a lot of work in individualizing the boot camp to suit my needs. She is also instructionally sound. I was able to follow all her simplified instructions to uphold safe technique and body mechanics when my mind was too fatigued to think anymore. I felt the week long of intense training with Cece had left me we a greater appreciation for my body and has increased my confidence in knowing that my body can still push through mental obstacles of fatigue safely. Train with Cece and you'll learn your limits only to break them and take yourself to the next level. Huu

My experience with CC as a trainer was amazing! She knew exactly what I needed and showed me how to get it done. She has as amazing personality and combined with her excellent training skills made working out and getting fit and healthy an awesome and very enjoyable experience.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    The most important information I could give you. Is to learn from experience. A Personal Trainer may have a list of great credentials. Including myself. However none of those certificates or degrees are worth more then the value of learning from each client. Every persons body is different which makes us individuals. "When one teaches, two learn" Remember this when choosing a trainer for you.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    I am no ordinary trainer! After 5 years working through some of the best gyms and studios I moved abroad to complete my studies and from there was recruited to work for a company based out of England. For the next 6 years I travelled all over the world coaching, educating, and training the masses who were interested in learning about health, and nutrition. I taught weekly seminars and workshops on weight loss, burn fat fast, how to increase your metabolism and detoxification. I became a Fitness Director and from there managed one of the companies Spas out of Australia. I have had many projects on the go. My adventures around the world have brought me to Las Vegas. Where I now reside, helping people achieve their fitness goals.
