Grace and Ease Yoga

My intention is to help you find awareness, harmony, grace, and ease through personalized yoga sessions that honor your unique body and experience. My approach blends functional movement with breath and mindfulness to support your overall well-being. Each session is thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are. I travel to you, allowing you to practice in the comfort of your own space, whether that’s your home, gym, office, or wherever you feel most at ease. Sessions can be one-on-one or shared with a small group. A typical session may include: • guided yoga flow (beginner friendly, all levels) • strength building + mobility work • breathwork techniques • meditation • deep rest and relaxation • hands-on guidance and assists (with consent) • aromatherapy + sound elements • savasana Whether you’re looking to build strength, increase flexibility, reduce stress, or reconnect with yourself, you’ll be supported in a calm, grounding, and welcoming space that allows for growth at your own pace. For those interested, I also offer skill-based sessions focused on inversions, arm balances, and building confidence in more advanced movements.
