Grace is a very kind and nurturing teacher and makes everyone feel welcomed and comfortable in all her classes! She explains all the moves and the flow expertly, such that you can naturally follow even if you are a total beginner. She also shows options for more advanced poses if you are a more experienced practitioner. I cannot emphasize enough how much of a natural Grace is as a yoga teacher. I think she was born for this, because before I met Grace I was never that much into Yoga. Her Yoga in the Park event was also a great idea where you can be in touch with nature. The incorporation of live music with native instruments for sound healing at the end is a wonderful innovation!
