I am extremely passionate about yoga's transformative powers. I love to help individuals find their highest potential. Balancing the body and mind on the mat will help you thrive in life. I have over 1000 formal training hours and over 2000 teaching hours. I am also a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. I have been teaching full time for over five years and love to tailor classes to meet an individual/ group's needs. I have recently been certified in Pilates Mat, Reformer, Cadillac and Wunda Chair. The group yoga session was awesome! We were only in Las Vegas for a few days and had a pretty tight schedule, otherwise we would have had her come back for another session. All five of us loved it, she really helped us become zen before our biggest conference of the year. We'll definitely look her up next year, it was well worth it!
