We’re happy to provide estimates. However, if diagnosing the issue requires more than an hour, a fee may apply to cover the additional time and expertise needed. We’ll always inform you upfront to ensure transparency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with a new customer is designed to be smooth, transparent, and tailored to their needs. First, we start with a conversation to understand the issue and gather any necessary details. We then schedule a visit to assess the situation, during which we provide a free estimate if the problem is straightforward. For more complex issues that require extensive diagnostics, we’ll discuss any potential fees upfront. Once the scope of work is agreed upon, we proceed efficiently with the repairs or service, keeping you informed every step of the way. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re always available to answer questions or address concerns throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a second-generation plumber, following in my father’s footsteps. I had the privilege of learning the trade under his guidance and gaining invaluable hands-on experience. After several years, I transitioned to working on large commercial plumbing projects, where I advanced to the role of foreman. With over 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry, I have obtained numerous certifications, hold a journeyman card, and earned my C1D plumbing license. A few years ago, I decided to focus on residential plumbing and started my own business to provide personalized and high-quality services to homeowners.
