- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate pricing in order to ensure continuity of service for our customers. Any customer at any time can ask to see the flat rate pricing book that all technicians carry. This protects both the customer and the technician and helps to alleviate cost overruns or misunderstandings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We pay our technicians to go to classes offered by different vendors to keep up with the most current innovative tools, practices, or methods going on with our trade
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was an electrician, so I just naturally fell into the building trades
