FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope and severity of contamination, as every rodent cleanup situation is different. Factors like the size of the affected area, level of droppings/urine contamination, and whether materials like insulation need to be removed all play a role in the final cost. We provide clear, upfront estimates after evaluating the job—no hidden fees or surprise charges. What to expect: Pricing scales based on contamination level and access (attic, crawl space, etc.) Additional costs may apply if insulation removal or heavy decontamination is required We focus on doing the job thoroughly and safely the first time, which helps prevent recurring issues and additional costs down the line. Discounts: We may offer discounts for: Larger projects Repeat customers Referral partners If you’re unsure about the extent of the issue, we’re happy to take a look and provide a straightforward estimate.
