They were on time and professional. They did a great job with the video. We had a problem picking up the audio from the hotel audio, but it wasn't their fault. We only had 15 minutes to set up and the hotel couldn't get the problem worked out that fast. I will be back in Vegas next year and plan to have them do the video.

Roc is very versatile which is important in an engineer. He never tried to force me to stay in his comfort zone. Instead he branched out and tried what I wanted. Half way through our first session he could vibe with me to a point where I didn't even have to say anything! I had a few days when I felt off my game but Roc paused the session and let me collect myself. He even encouraged me and helped me relax so my takes came out even better the next try. He's not pushy with input like other engineers but he also NEVER let me put out trash. Whenever he heard something off that I missed he never discouraged me. Just would say that was ok but I think you can do it better. Out of every engineer I've ever worked with he is the ONLY one I'd want to work with from now on.
Chris mixed and mastered my LP in ways i'd never be able to do. He made every element pop, sounding great from a $5 headset, to a $1000 stereo system. He was very patient with me, and he also sent me 3 different versions of the master for my likings. I highly recommend him and he is now my goto guy.
