About
ALL ABOUT RELATIONSHIP With a life time passion for dogs, and the proud owner of 6 (yes 6) dogs, Kenneth has developed a deep appreciation for the family dog. He has created a training program that is unique to Las Vegas as it’s centered around communication between a dog and their human companion. His motto of “it’s never the dog, but the lack of understanding between the dog and owner,” has allowed Kenneth to help break down the wall of canine communication in a basic way to allow the owners to develop a better relationship between the dog and their family. As a professional member of the IACP, International Association of Canine Professionals (member # P5977), Ken decided to close his contracting business, and open a private training company, Taggs K9 Family Dog Training. This allowed him to focus on his passion, helping people develop and have a happy, healthy dog. His foundational program called the “Walk Doctor” has helped many clients meet their “new best friend”, and by the end of first session he has them agreeing that the key to a happy, healthy dog begins with and ends with a nice structured home life and walk. Kenneth works with all types of dogs, sizes and attitudes. Yard time is a great way to help a dog develop quality socialization skills, burn off some excess energy and find quality opportunities to help dogs develop better manners. Kenneth’s “mind your manners” approach has helped both canines and humans develop better communication skills by bridging the gap of understanding by teaching proper structure and communication both inside and outside the home. If you have a dog that you want to have a better relationship with, contact Ken at Taggs K9 Family Dog Training to schedule a free consultation. Together we can help reach your goal of a Happy, Healthy Dog and introduce you to your NEW BEST FRIEND.

Ken was truly amazing! He took the time to really get to know both me and my dog and develop a individualized plan to meet our needs.n I feel like my dog and I have made so much progress and that Ken has given me the tools to continue to work with my dog even after our one on one sessions have been completed.

Details: 1 dog • 1 - 2 years old • Large (41 - 70 lbs) • Private dog training lessons • General obedience training • Leash pulling • I travel to the dog trainer • The dog trainer travels to me

Our Belgian Malinois, Sophie, was 11 months old and a very active dog when we contacted Ken at Taggs K9 for her pulling on leash and leash aggression. Sophie spent 3 weeks with Ken and his pack. I felt very comfortable knowing that Sophie was in a caring, safe environment. His video updates showed us the progress she was making daily. At the end of 3 weeks, Ken brought Sophie to our house and worked with us demonstrating Sophie's new skills and how to use her new collars when walking her and reinforcing her new found good manners! She is now such a well behaved family member and is training to be a service dog. We take her everywhere and get many compliments on her good behavior. Thank you so much, Ken, for bringing out the best in Sophie!

I'm a dog groomer. I send many referrals to Ken at Taggs and I always hear how great he is. I would send my own dogs to him in a heartbeat if needed.

When I called taggs I was at my wits end. My big boy was out of control, I couldn’t walk him safely. I was scared to take him out of my house. After just 20 minutes of my first visit with Ken he was under control, I decided this was the trainer from us. After our training I now have the most enjoyable walks with my big beautiful German Shepherd Captain. I would encourage anyone that needs to have there dogs(fur baby) trained to try Taggs I am so glad I did. Captain is such a beautiful well trained big boy now thanks to Ken.
