After a bathroom remediation, we needed someone to complete flooring and tile. One to One was punctual to assess the work and provided a straightforward quote and overview. Jesse was prompt in responding to my initial request for help fixing some tiles that had tented in our kitchen. He showed up on time to assess the work that needed to be done. He quoted a fair price and was flexible in finding a time to return to do the job. It is clear that he takes pride in his work and both he and his co worker were extremely friendly and courteous in dealing with myself and my wife and we greatly appreciate that. The job wound up being slightly more involved than any of us initially thought but Jesse was transparent about what needed to be done and priced the job very fairly. We are very happy with our results. Jesse will remain at the top of our list for any work we would need done in the house. No need to look further.
