What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Im fair in pricing and definitely lower than most. I also am honest and do not try to upsell you extra things that aren't needed. I am a straight up guy and the way things are the customer doesn't need extra things added if there is no reason. I show the customer different options we can tackle there work aswell.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer and give a quote on the job they want done. I like to go over there needs and wants and I do my best to make that happen.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive been doing plumbing for over 20 yrs. I learned all phases in plumbing and gas. Ive learned how to repair or do new installs water heaters, soldering new lines, Flooring tile, repairs. Im a kitchen shop engineer for Bellagio hotel and casino. Ive learned electrical, equipment repairs, and handyman services.
