- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick consultation to understand your cleaning needs, schedule, and the type of service you’re looking for. From there, we provide a free, customized estimate based on your space and the level of cleaning required. Once approved, we schedule your cleaning at a time that works best for you. On the day of service, our team arrives on time, fully equipped, and ready to deliver a thorough, high-quality clean. After the cleaning, we do a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations. We also follow up to make sure you’re completely satisfied and to discuss ongoing services if needed. Our goal is to make the entire process simple, stress-free, and reliable from start to finish.
