FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Coaching sessions are $250 per 60-minute session. I work with families and individuals who are ready to be intentional and consistent, so I typically recommend a short series of sessions rather than a single meeting. This allows for real momentum and measurable change. Coaching is private-pay and not insurance-based, which allows for flexibility, clarity, and results-focused work without diagnoses or limitations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a brief consultation to clarify goals, challenges, and fit. From there, sessions are structured and purposeful. We identify patterns that are keeping you stuck, establish clear priorities, and create practical steps you can implement immediately. Each session builds on the last, with accountability and reflection to ensure progress between meetings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with extensive training in family systems, communication, behavior change, and trauma-informed approaches. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling, a Master’s degree in Education, and I am currently a Doctoral student in Psychology with advanced training focused on leadership, systems, and human behavior. In addition to my academic background, I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP & CCTP-II) and have years of experience working directly with individuals, couples, parents, and families in both clinical and coaching settings. My coaching work applies evidence-based principles in a structured, goal-oriented way to help clients move from insight to action, while aligning with personal values and faith when desired.
