I had my patio redone because rain was getting into my house because my door areas weren't covered. I reached out to Princess Patios and they were literally at my house within an hour to do the quote. That's super fast. I spoke with Claudia who is a total sweetheart!!! But still very professional. They finished my patio in 2 days after they got the materials. Now my patio looks so big and clean!! I love the work that Princess Patios did!! They even sent me a cool Instagram video of my new patio after it was all done. They get 5 stars from me and my wife!! Thank You Princess Patios!!!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on style, size and options.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First point of contact will be to schedule an in-house estimate. There I listen to the wants and needs of each individual customer. I offer my solution and what I can provide for them. Everything gets put on a contract where both customer and myself agree on. A 10% deposit is collected and we start working on your project immediately whether it's applying for building permits, creating HOA docs for submittal or ordering material.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have personally been in this industry for 10+ years. Working in the office/back end of things to working in the field doing hands on work.
