- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to get the job done right and get your home back to normal quickly. We ask a few quick questions to understand the scope of the problem. If it's an emergency, we prioritize immediate dispatch. Your plumber arrives and performs a thorough diagnostic assessment. We clearly explain the problem, how we fix it and provide you with an upfront quote. Once you approve the quote, we get to work! After the job is finished, we clean the workspace, confirm your satisfaction and provide you with an invoice. We always appreciate a review! It's simple, professional, and done with aloha 🤙🏽
