FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Guardian Pool Pros offers straightforward pricing based on pool size, condition, service frequency, and chemical needs. I provide clear pricing up front before starting work, and I avoid surprise fees. Weekly service options are available, and chemical balancing is included in most standard service plans unless the pool requires a major correction, specialty treatment, or additional repair related work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about the pool, current issues, service history, and what the customer is looking for. Then I inspect the pool, test the water, look over the equipment, and discuss the best service plan. Once pricing and expectations are clear, I complete the first cleaning, document the condition of the pool, and set up an ongoing schedule if the customer wants weekly service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Pool & Spa Operator through the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance, Certification No. C-195423. My training includes pool and spa operations, water testing, chemical balancing, sanitation, filtration, safety, and maintenance fundamentals. I also bring over 20 years of military leadership and operations experience, which helps me stay organized, reliable, detail oriented, and focused on doing the job correctly.
