- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is reasonable, I charge what my work and knowledge is worth. The more items I repair at one visit, I give discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don’t like to waist your time and mine. If possible I like to see pictures of the issues, to prepare , when I arrive do and finish the job with a timely manner. Customers could purchase all the parts, I’ll do the labor. Parts aren’t cheap , just to be honest and open to suggestions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I happy to say I learned on the job, hands on. I have general knowledge of plumbing and water filtration. Repair and replace plumbing, I know how the water filtration systems work , not just install them.
