Rachael K makes delicious food. She is a consumate professiona. I would highly recommend her for catering. She goes above and beyond and provides excellent customer service. She responds right away and will get your job (no matter how big or small) done in no time. She always adds a little something extra.

Rachael K's did the catering at a wedding I attended, and the food was amazing! She managed to provide a varied menu with lots of tasty dishes, in spite some of the wedding party having some tricky dietary restrictions, and all of the food was excellently prepared and very flavorful. She also did a few other meals/snacks in the morning prior to our event, including some yummy sticky buns for breakfast, and she was a lot of fun to have around during the downtime before the ceremony. Everyone was delighted with the food, and the attentive service - I would definitely make her my first call for my next gala event!

You can't find a better dining experience anywhere on this planet. I've been lucky enough to sample some of her creations over the years, and I'm spoiled for life. I refuse to accept what passes for food served to me in conventional situations, and would hire her excellent service permanently if I could afford it!

Chef Rachel recently catered a Christmas party for us in our home. Rachel and her team were very professional. The food was fabulous and the presentation was top notch. I look forward to working with Rachel and her team again - they're the best!

At the last minute, we changed most of the menu and Rachael didn't even flinch. She quickly modified the menu, with some amazing choices and the final product was more than we could have asked for. As always, Rachael singled handedly hit it out of the park with our sit down dinner for 8. Thank you for making our friends feel special for their birthday, for filling our bellies with great food, and for your relaxed attitude which makes party planning a piece of cake.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The quality of ingredients is what sets Chefs apart. Find out where they shop and gather their ingredients. When hiring a Caterer make sure they are knowledgeable about the food that yo want prepared When hiring a personal chef you want a professional that can work with your dietary needs. Make sure that your Chef has their necessary Health Department documents. They must cook your food in a commercial kitchen or your own house, NOT in their house. Ask if their packaging is freezer to oven safe.
