Dear John,
This is in regards to the outstanding service that I was given by both you and your company.. I was having problems with my computer and an associate told me about your service. I am what many people would call a "Baby Boomer Computer Nerd". When I have had problems with my computer in the past I either called the Geek Squad or took my computer in for repair. The people at the Geek Squad made me feel stupid and taking my computer in for repair was a real hassle. Neither one of these options made me happy and they were both very costly.
I have called you on a few occasions and you have helped me right away. Your prices are much more reasonable than the other options and you make me feel that my questions are not stupid even if they are. I like the fact that all of the "fixes" can be performed over the phone and over the Internet. It's not fun to have problems with my computer but if I do it's nice to know that the "Fix-master" can come to my rescue very quickly.
