Started using their services a couple of years ago! My technician Steve is knowledgeable and explained everything. A year or two went by and my rate went up twice! Not happy. Guess the powers that be listened. Told them if it hadn't been for Steve I'd be gone. Got a telephone call from Jeff and he fixed it. Thank you. Loyalty matters. Amazing what good customer service can do. Oh and on a side note. No bugs! And safe for my dog!

I can't say enough good things about this company. Our technician, Jarvon is awesome! He is very friendly, professional and on time. Always calls before he comes over which is something I really appreciate so I don't think someone's trying to sneak into the backyard, lol. I highly recommend this company.
