Spring broke on garage door on a Sunday with both cars locked inside and no way to get to work! I called the company that had worked on it previously and they never responded. I ran reviews and found Smooth Lift had great reviews so I called and left a message. Robert called me back right away, and even on a Sunday he was able to get here in 2 hours. He noted the reason that the spring broke and explained to me in detail what had happened, and was able to get everything up and running shortly with what I thought was a very reasonable price. Especially for a Sunday! I have already given him great reviews on line, and referred all of my friends to him. I highly recommend using Smooth Lift!

Rubbery was technically proficient, good at communication, and helpful for planning ahead with our future needs. He was able to drop in and take care of my crunchy noisy -making garage door literally the same day I called and he first came to diagnose it. Fantastic same day service ! I've dealt with the big companies in the past but never again .Robert explained everything in advance and even came back to help me with the app , after I screwed it up. This guy is local so please support him , you won't be disappointed . I had a new opener put in and he gave the existing door a tuneup BTW !
