Spring broke on garage door on a Sunday with both cars locked inside and no way to get to work! I called the company that had worked on it previously and they never responded. I ran reviews and found Smooth Lift had great reviews so I called and left a message. Robert called me back right away, and even on a Sunday he was able to get here in 2 hours. He noted the reason that the spring broke and explained to me in detail what had happened, and was able to get everything up and running shortly with what I thought was a very reasonable price. Especially for a Sunday! I have already given him great reviews on line, and referred all of my friends to him. I highly recommend using Smooth Lift!

Robert was very responsive and arrived within a couple of hours of our out reach. He diagnosed the problem within minutes of arrival. His work was very professional and comprehensive and he completed the job expeditiously. Robert checked the entire system before leaving to ensure it was working properly. He was extremely pleasant and gave us a realistic and reasonable quote for services. We are very satisfied with the service that was provided and highly recommend Smooth Lift Garage Doors.

I cant recommend Robert at Smooth Lift Garage Doors highly enough. I called him at about 6:30 PM with a broken garage door, and he was at my house in less than 30 minutes. That kind of response time, especially in the evening, was impressive.Robert was professional, knowledgeable, and completely upfront about the pricing before doing the work. His prices were very reasonable, and there were no surprises. He quickly figured out the problem, got the door working properly, and took the time to explain what had happened. What impressed me even more was that he didnt just fix the immediate problem and leave. He offered several helpful suggestions for making the door operate better and extending its life, without trying to sell me things I didnt need.In this day and age of large corporations and a lack of personal responsibility, Its refreshing to find someone who is responsive, honest, reasonably priced, and takes real pride in his work.If you need garage door service, especially when something breaks unexpectedly, give Smooth Lift Garage Doors a call. Robert has absolutely earned my five-star recommendation.

I called Robert at about 4:00 on Friday night after making a few calls that were recommended in Nextdoor. He told me all the charges and fees up front and came over at 8:30 at night. My door had pervious problems that I found out after I purchased my home in 2020. He first fixed the garage door and proceeded to replace 2 spring and various bolts that were incirrect.y door previously had one spring and needed work. He finished the job and charged the exact number quoted. He also showed me the many problem the previous owners garage door company left. Out of 10 his company deserves a 11.
