Tonis Garage provided amazing service. They were able to come out the same day to fix our broken spring and even had an after 5pm slot so I didnt need to leave work early. Pricing was very fair, our technician had everything on hand and let us know where he saw a couple of problems that could have led to the spring breaking. The repairs were done quickly and our door is sliding - quiet and smooth - once again.

They were very responsive and the technician was great. He did struggle with diagnosing the issue which resulted in the cost being driven up. Unfortunately he had already replaced springs and the opener before discovering it was simply a bad wire. After several hours and 1200.00 the door works fine. Although it is nice having a new opener and springs I am disappointed they were not able to diagnose the issue before agreeing to spend much more money them necessary.
