- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair, upfront pricing based on the scope of each project. I don’t believe in hidden fees—everything is explained clearly before work begins. I charge by the job, not by the hour, so you know exactly what to expect. For repeat customers or multi-task projects, I’m always willing to work out a discount when I can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning what the customer needs—either through message, call, or a quick on-site visit. I provide a clear estimate, timeline, and recommendations. Once approved, I schedule the job, show up prepared, and keep communication open throughout the process. I make sure the customer is happy before wrapping up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked hands-on in the field for over a decade, trained under licensed contractors, and continuously stay up to date on tools, safety practices, and new materials. Most importantly, I’ve learned through real experience how to solve problems on the job and deliver high-quality results.
