Javier replaced a mailbox inside a masonry post, which required him to chisel out the old mailbox, expand the space because the original was not a standard size, and cement in the new mailbox. He was very pleasant to work with, explained his plans clearly, and completed the job in one day. He is in his mid-20s but told me he has worked with his father on projects since he was 12.
