- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the hour for general handyman jobs. For specific jobs (such as floor installs, door installation or small painting jobs) we will give you an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will give you an estimate either in person, or if it’s a task we complete regularly, we may be able to quote you without an in person visit. Once we have an idea of what needs to be done we will go over cost and schedule one of our tech’s for a date and time that works best for you. You will receive a txt letting you know when our tech is on their way. Lastly, we will verify that the job was done correctly and to your liking then wrap up the visit.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed fixing and building whether at home or when i was working for my family’s business. I decided to make that into my career and now along with my team of techs we can assist our customers with the tasks they may not enjoy but that we do.
