My experience using Vlad Handyman was a very positive one. He was punctual and respectful of my home, even taking off his shoes in the entryway. It was a minor plumbing issue that needed to be resolved. He knew what was needed and solved the problem. What impressed me very much was his following up after the fact to be sure that everything was working properly. He obviously has a good work ethic and I felt more like a person than just a job.

Mostly I'm trying to give the final price for the project that is more clear for the customer. When the request is clear. Otherwise I offer to go with my hourly rate.

Getting a request, asking questions if something isn't clear, getting all needed materials, completing all the tasks, receiving the payment.
