- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mostly I'm trying to give the final price for the project that is more clear for the customer. When the request is clear. Otherwise I offer to go with my hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting a request, asking questions if something isn't clear, getting all needed materials, completing all the tasks, receiving the payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Engineer degree.
