She scheduled with me and we had everything set up for her to clean my house. The next day after making sure everything was set she randomly asks to get half down or do a hold. I agreed to the hold which is actually a pre-autherization on my credit card, she later told me she can't do the preauth. I've had businesses and am tech savvy so I looked up her payment options and found that there was a way and a form so I sent it to her, which she ignored. She had also asked for my email address earlier in the day to send me an invoice which she never did. I asked repeatedly and she said the text estimate was enough. I asked for an invoice or estimate in writing because if I had to pay half down I needed to see the information in a professional manner so I could pay it. She kept repeating that I didn't want to pay half and I reminded her about needing the invoice, finally the day she was supposed to do the service I asked her again for the estimate or invoice and she sent a long message again saying I didn't want to pay it, I told her again I just wanted something professional to ensure that I wasn't being scammed and finally she said she would not do the work. This process was very unprofessional and she was rude and insulting as well. I rent my home by the room and the house both directly to long-term renters and through airbnb, I had to evict renters and they left the house messed up and tires etc in the yard. She didn't believe it was an airbnb, although I sent my listing. She said it looked like a cute house but the stuff in the yard made it look sketchy, very judgemental and unprofessional as most people are aware when people are evicted they often leave things. Lastly in sun valley having things like that in the yard isn't uncommon. I've never been so insulted by a professional and then possibly dealing with a scammer.

I had to decline to offer service to this potential client as she was insisting on paying me with a credit card which I am not able to do at this time. She insisted on again and again to use a credit card and was unwilling to meet me in person. The lead was advertised as an Air B N B not a vandalized eviction. The possible client, unwilling to pay except credit card.
