I had a new in box treadmill which I needed moved upstairs. I also had a new in box craftsman toolchest I needed unloaded from my SUV. I hired TSA to do the job. The minimum billing was 1 hour which was fair and 2 workers were required.
Rory + 1 showed up on time and did an exceptional job. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.
They moved the treadmill upstairs and unboxed it. They removed the tool chest from my vehicle, unboxed it and positioned it on it's side so I could put the wheels on.
When the work was done, they offered to take the large boxes with them and dispose of them. I declined their generous offer and said I would cut them down and put them in my recycle can. Rory sincerely offered to come back later and take the boxes if I had any trouble. That offer was above and beyond, as well was the care he took with moving and unboxing the items with care so as not to damage the items or my home.

I cannot say enough good things about this gentleman and his son. They helped me load my entire house into storage and worked nonstop for four hours. They were fast, efficient, and incredibly organized, but what really stood out was how careful they were with my belongings. Every fragile and valuable item was handled thoughtfully, and they were very intentional about how everything was stacked and stored to prevent damage.
On top of that, they were honest and professional to the core — they even offered to charge me for fewer hours than originally booked because of how efficiently the job went. That level of integrity is rare.
If you’re looking for movers who work hard, respect your property, and take real pride in their work, these are your people. Phenomenal experience from start to finish. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them without hesitation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on two different factors depending on the job. Moving and hourly labor jobs are charged at an hourly rate where as junk removal jobs are charged by weight as well as hours worked. Some items are more expensive to dispose of and cost additional. We offer a senior discount too!
*note a fuel surcharge will be added to jobs outside the Reno Sparks area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will either ask for photos or come out to give a quote on the cost for disposal of items. We then schedule a time for the work to be completed. For a moving job, we confirm your date and equipment needs and get your job booked for a time that works best for both parties.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a mover for 7 years and have done demolition for a number of projects as well. Over the past 2 years I have conducted over 100 moves and have done a number of junk removal jobs ranging from a few items to full home clean outs.
