I am so grateful for Mark and partner they were amazing to work with. I am located in Phoenix and was coordinating a clean up of my mother’s yard in Reno, NV who is in her 80’s. She felt they were such hard workers and enjoyable to speak with. They really went above and beyond on the project and made sure she was in a good place. I think they said it was over 5 yards of compressed leaves and debris. She can walk around the backyard safely and so can her senior min-pin. Thank you again for your help!!

Communication with this company was terrible. I was originally quoted $65 an hour for two people for leaf cleanup with estimated time of completion 2-3 hours for front and back yard. One person showed up, and told me that it was actually going to cost $40 an hour. I agreed to this even though it was not what i was planning on. He then took 2.5 hours to complete most of the front yard only. After telling me it should take him 1.5 hours to finish. After he had been working for 2.5 hours I told him that was I was going to end the work, as I have another quote for $65 an hour for two people. After he did 2.75 hours of work, he then told me the total would be $150. Even though $40 x 2.75 is $110. He explained that there was an equipment and travel fee added on, this was the first I had heard of that. I refused to pay any new fees after the fact and said I would pay him the $40 per hour that we agreed on. They did finally agree to that payment. I will say that the yard does look good, but the hassle of communicating was not worth it and now i have to schedule the other company to come finish the rest of the yard.
